HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT)
The HR GT team is responsible for overall HR projects (human resources) at T-Systems. In doing so, we work internationally and closely with business, central and decentralized HR departments, our social partners and various divisions of the company. Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.07.2026:
* Support with employment law issues in individual and collective employment law
* Research and preparation of employment law topics, current laws and case law
* Participation in the preparation and review of employment law documents (e.g. works agreements, contract documents, employment law statements)
* Preparation of decision and presentation documents for HR management and committees
* Support in preparing and following up appointments with internal stakeholders and employee representatives
* Collaboration on projects in the context of HR, participation and compliance
* General organizational and administrative tasks in the team
* Support in answering internal inquiries from HR and specialist areas
* Maintaining and structuring labor law knowledge and template pools
* Analysis of employment law effects of new processes or projects
Your profile
Ideally, you are studying law, or alternatively business law (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on employment law. You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* You are already at an advanced stage of study and have knowledge of employment law
* You are comfortable using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel)
* You are characterized in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of personal initiative and excellent communication skills
* The HR environment is very dynamic: you should therefore enjoy a wide range of tasks, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and have a high degree of personal initiative
* You have a structured way of working and a sense of clear communication with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in accordance with GER)
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
