Master Thesis (d/f/m) on Privacy Preserving Communication using Physical Layer Techniques

We at Airbus Central Research & Technology pioneer cutting edge technologies for future airborne and spaceborne systems, providing novel functionalities whilst reducing the environmental footprint of Airbus products and services. You will join the team of our researchers working on wireless communication systems. With your contribution you will make an impact on and development of secure communication networks for Airbus.

Your tasks and responsibilities

* Analyzing different privacy preserving techniques on signal processing level
* Analyzing detection methods and assessing the level of privacy achieved
* Eventually implementing a selected set of methods efficiently on an SDR setup.

Desired skills and qualifications

* Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within communication technologies/electrical engineering/computer science or similar.
* You are skilled in communication systems and are familiar with signal processing techniques.
* You know how to code in Matlab and/or Python.
* Knowledge of SDR systems and their software languages (Vivado/VHDL/Verilog) is a plus.
* Fluent in English or German.
