- You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in Associate Management
- Screen, process, edit incoming orders or forward them within the Associate Management team, according to defined work instructions. As well as ensure the maintenance of all relevant data in the corresponding IT systems for this specific area
- Administration of the personal data changes and preparation of the employment certificates accordingly
- Manage the time and attendances of the associates based on the local regulations
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross functional tasks as well.
- You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
- You have an active full-time student status at a college or university, pursuing a BA or MA degree
- You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months, for at least 30 hours per week
- You have good command of English and Hungarian languages
- You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR, while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
