Your Task
This role involves managing IT and network failures, diagnosing and resolving network outages, and monitoring network devices to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Responsibilities
* Registering and assigning IT and network failures to appropriate solution teams
* Diagnose and resolve first level network outages with IT tools
* Monitoring of network devices in an automated monitoring system
* Proactive error resolution, preventing predictable outages
* Use of ticket management system, logging of incidents

Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated IT and Network Support Intern with strong IT affinity, excellent English language skills, and a customer-oriented mindset to support network monitoring and incident management activities.
Must Have Skills
* Full-time, active student legal relationship (under 25 years of age, also with a passive legal relationship)
* Strong medium/upper level of English
* IT affinity with quick learning ability for new programs
* Ability to work smoothly in complex systems
* Accuracy and precision
* Team player
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Good problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills
* Knowledge of German language
