Role Overview
CRISIL is seeking a CA Industrial Trainee for the Finance Operations Risk & Control team, offering exposure to financial governance, operational risk management, control frameworks, and technology-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support monitoring and enhancement of risk & control frameworks across finance operations.
* Identify control gaps, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Participate in RCSA, control testing, and remediation tracking.
* Monitor KRIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
* Document policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
* Coordinate on audit observations, control issues, and corrective actions.
* Drive process optimization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
* Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and insights.
Desired Profile
* CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
* Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial principles.
* Hands-on orientation to AI with high affinity for technology.
* Tech-savvy with working knowledge of AI tools and digital solutions.
* Exposure to AP/AR operations (preferred).
* Exposure to finance audit (preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
