Talent Acquisition:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
* Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding within a professional services environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) or HRIS is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assist in data collection and reporting to support recruitment strategy.
* Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills within talent acquisition and HR operations.
Employer Branding:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong passion and interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Creative mindset with the ability to support the development of engaging content for social media, career sites, and other employer branding activities (roadshow, company visit, etc.).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus.
* Understanding of social media platforms and ability to assist in managing content calendars or campaigns.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and human resources is an advantage.
