Italy E-commerce Intern

Hi 👋
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we are currently looking for a candidate to join the Sales Department within the Italy & Iberia Business Unit as a Business Support Intern for our E-commerce channel.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments, acting as a cross-functional support between the Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting teams.

📊 What you'll be doing:
* Manage customer bank transfers and account statements using SAP, and update the Excel master database according to specific instructions from Customer Service
* Amazon order flow management: Check and modify incoming orders in the SAP dashboard and perform a double check on the Amazon Vendor Central portal
* Communicate any discrepancies in pricing and lead times
* Coordinate and interact with Logistics and Sales teams regarding missed deliveries and/or unloading appointments
* Verify and monitor the presence of ASN (Advanced Shipment Notification) on orders and liaise with IT for issue resolution

💡 Who we're looking for:
* Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting in May/June 2026
* A degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent command of the English language
* Reliability, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills
