AI Transformation Curricular Internship

We are looking for a summer curricular intern to join us from the beginning of May to the end of August in Milan within the IT transformation Hub.

Your Challenge
As an AI Transformation Intern some of your main activities will be:
* Support training enhancement activities, including content formatting and content creation
* Support the execution of communications to the trainers' community and colleagues to promote trainings and AI best practices
* Analyze sign-ups, attendance, and post-training survey data
* Create simple automations using available tools such as Power Automate
* Support the maintenance of dashboards
* Update SharePoint pages and training pages
* Integrate user feedback to continuously improve enablement activities
* Track adoption and engagement, capture value stories, and suggest improvements to maximize impact
* Stay up to date with AI industry developments and bring relevant insights back to the team and community
Required entry qualifications
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Currently enrolled in a University (Communications, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar)
* Interest in AI
* Hands-on approach
* Energy and a proactive mindset
* Experience creating learning content or simple communications is a plus
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Confluence, and basic analytics for tracking adoption is a plus
