For our plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), with more than 800 employees, we are offering a 6 months internship to a student/graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field to support our Finance Department.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
* Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources
* Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making
* Create and maintain databases to track financial information
* Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in financial planning

Financial Reporting:
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
* Ensure financial reporting complies with company policies and procedures

Budget Management:
* Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets
* Track and monitor budget performance against actual results
* Identify and communicate any budget variances and their impact

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Good knowledge of Excel (Power BI is considered a plus).
* Practical understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
* Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
* Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
