Position context
An HR intern supports the HR team to attract, recruit and develop talent within the company and manage employee relations.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
* Employee Lifecycle - assisting in the planning and organization of overall HR processes and supporting the HR team in dealing with day-to-day activities
* HR Projects - assisting in the planning, organization and communication of projects lead or co-participated by HR: Diversity & Inclusion, agile working, learning events, etc.
* Recruiting- support HR team in the recruiting process
* Internal Communication & events- support the creation of internal events and manage the internal communication flows through mailing list and internal tools
* Change & engagement initiatives - analyze employee engagement survey results, action plan definition and follow-up
* Support the onboarding process for new joiners and activation of internships and contingent workers
* HR Talent and Development - support HR team in managing the Talent and Development processes within the local unit

Key Relationships
* Internal: All Italian BU: Sales On and Off Teams, Finance Team, Marketing Team, Channel and Customer Marketing Team, HR Services, IT, Talent Acquisition Team
* External: External Agencies & Head Hunters
Experience & Education & Skills
* University Degree in Economics, or in HR Management related area.
* Previous Internship experience in HR Management in a multinational company will be a plus
* Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Fluency in Italian and excellent English.
