JOB PURPOSE

Working alongside the company tutor, as HR EMEA Intern, you will be involved in supporting day-by-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Workday hiring process and general support;
* Reporting and Data analysis;
* Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.
* Supporting store recruiting processes;
* Supporting the HR team on special projects;

KNOWLEDGE ANS SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field;
Additional HR training or experience is a plus;
English and Italian fluent;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;
Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;
Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;
Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
