DIGITAL TRAINING - Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our Digital Training team, based in Rome.
The intern will support the team in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of digital training initiatives at worldwide level. This role will contribute in monitoring training performance, assisting markets in platform adoption, and ensuring the successful organization of training initiatives and events.
Qualifications Master's Degree or current Master's studies in Management, Learning & Development or similar fields. Strong interest in digital training and retail training environments. Good analytical skills and ability to work with data, reports and dashboards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Interest in Generative AI and its application to training, content creation and learning experience improvement. Knowledge of content creation or authoring tools such as Canva, Articulate Rise or similar platforms would be considered a plus. Basic knowledge of survey tools, feedback analysis or data visualization tools would be considered a plus. Fluency in Italian and English. Personal Competencies Curiosity and proactivity.
