Talent Acquisition Project Intern (Trust & Safety) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Job Description:

This position will be part of the TikTok Shop Japan & Global Talent Acquisition team where you will be working on sourcing for candidates for open positions. You will take full ownership of the candidate journey and will work closely with the TA to understand needs, requirements and expectations. 1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing arrangement and engaging top talents. 2. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Undergraduate or Master's students majoring in HR, business, psychology or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Japanese language and English. 3. Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
