Job Description:
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for ground and office roles
* Maintain and update candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
* Support offer processing and onboarding documentation
* Liaise with hiring managers for interview feedback and scheduling
* Participate in hiring events and career fairs when required
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
* Interest in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
