Intern, Global Operations Support

Job Description:

Objectives of the Position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Operations Support department, supporting Maritime activities for EMEA Region.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
* Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations team
* Where needed, support certain units with daily troubleshooting tasks
* Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
* Prepare documentation to support operational processes.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Manage and track pending operational tasks to ensure timely communication

Job Requirements
* Currently pursuing Bachelors' Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Information System, Information Technology or any related disciplines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Good command of written and spoken English is necessity
