We, the EU Operations Projects team at Danone, are looking for our next intern to help us manage our factories' material productivity tracking and reporting. You will also support the EU Portfolio Manager with creating data-driven insights, online dashboards and presentations and process automation. In this exciting role, you will be at the center of our team of Project Managers, collaborating directly with both the central European team and the Project Managers at the EU factories. For the animation of our network, we use PowerBI and Power automate tools that are still in development stages, allowing you to contribute to more efficient use of those tools, the data behind it, and it's potential. Critical success factors in this role will be your ability to animate and engage a broad group of stakeholders, process data to support our decision-making process, and develop new ways of using the existing datasets and tools.
Your Primary responsibilities will be:
* Maintain and further develop our PowerBI dashboard based on available data in different systems
* Analyze and visualize Productivity reporting from EU factories
* Analyze and visualize Project information
* Co-lead process automatization within our European Project Management environment.
* Be part of the Digital Pillar within our Team, which is exploring and implementing new tools that help us to get ready for the future, including AI.
* Provide support on day-to-day tasks of the Portfolio Manager
About you:
* You are a Bachelor or Master's student in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics or any related field.
* Experience in project management and/or projects portfolio management is a plus.
* Knowledge, experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain operations / technical environments is a plus
* Experience in the food industry is a plus.
* You are highly motivated, like to challenge yourself, and have an eye for detail, allowing you to complete assignments quickly and accurately.
* You have an analytical mindset, an affinity for Finance, data processing and optimization, strong Excel, Power Query and Power BI skills, and a great interest in efficiency and automation.
* You are proactive, have strong communication skills, and can work both independently and in a team.
Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in June for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
