Training & Engagement Intern - Monee Credit Internship Hiring (Voluntary)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support the Training team in enhancing learning materials, knowledge resources, and training initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in Learning & Development, operations training, and exposure within a fast-paced fintech environment.

* Shadow training sessions to understand facilitation techniques and learner engagement strategies.
* Assist in training logistics (preparation and facilitation).
* Develop and manage product training decks and learning materials.
* Support the conceptualization of new training programs and initiatives.
* Publish and update consumer help center articles for new or updated help center articles.
* Fulfill other ad hoc tasks assigned by training supervisor

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Education, Business Administration, or Psychology.
* Fluency in both Filipino and English
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Organized and Adaptable
* Proficient with Google Suite

The Monee Credit Internship Program offers a learning experience that allows the students to be immersed in the fun and collaborative work environment of Monee Credit PH. A 3-5 month internship open for year-round hiring of undergraduate students, the program aims to provide interns with relevant tasks/projects to work on in their assigned business function.
