JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountable for the Learning and Development Administrative Task. The intern may be required to perform duties not specifically listed in this description, and the organization reserves the right to modify and assign new tasks and responsibilities based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Skills and knowledge in handling an LMS access.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change.
* Facilitation and presentation experience, comfortable presenting in front of large and small audiences.
* Provide technical assistance in using the LMS.
* Proficient in MS Office software and other online learning aid
* Able to maintain a good rapport between teams, stakeholders and learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Send Teams invite for internal training programs.
* Create comms design to enhance the weekly email of L&D as needed.
* Follow up on attendees to confirm their attendance and accept the invite.
* Track attendance in the SP drive of L&D.
* Remind MITDC Employees and Contingent Workers (CWs) about the required training they need to complete when necessary.
* Track attendance completion and close ILT sessions in the LMS portal.
* Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of MITDC VN Contingent Workers (CWs) (i.e. Fieldglass set-ups and timesheet), and Employees, as needed.
* Keep the MITDC VN Distro List via Active Roles up to date as needed.
* Contributing to Teambuilding preparations by collecting requested information from MITDC VN.
* Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including procuring/maintaining of office supplies, organizing meetings, trainings/workshops, birthday party for MITDC VN staff (room reservation, food planning, gift ideas, etc.) and other ad hoc assignments as required.
