* Process monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD
* Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
* Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
* Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues
* Other task that maybe assign from time to time

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Flexible go-getter available to start in the first week of March 2026, ready to work 4 times a week
* Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment
