This Position reports to:Global IS Dept. Manager, Data Analytics

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Administration team in ABB Robotics. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and support daily office operations.

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities
* Supporting general administrative tasks and data entry
* Providing daily office support
* Assisting with business travel expense processing
* Managing office supplies and placing orders
* Supporting basic front desk / reception activities
Requirements
* Student (2nd or 3rd year preferred)
* Good command of English (both written and spoken)
* Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Attention to details and a proactive mindset
* Availability to work on-site at least 3 days per week
