We're looking for an Intern to:

* support our team with various tasks (updates of employees' records and data in the internal HR systems, documents' archiving, weekly reports etc.)
* treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
* stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
* working in collaboration with other team members and Stakeholders to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment

Your team

You will become a member of the HR Swiss Onboarding Team that is a part of Service Delivery stream located in Fabryczna Office in Krakow. Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via email or through our ticketing system.

Your expertise

* academic degree or a student status
* fluency in English (both spoken and written), German / French / Italian language skills will be an asset
* excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* resilience and team player attitude, even in challenging circumstances
* proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
* successful time management and skills prioritization
