About the job

We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive person to join the Danone HR Business Partner team for a 6-month assignment. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within an international environment. The person will support the team in daily HR activities while also taking ownership of selected topics and projects, allowing for both learning and real impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
* Act as a part of the HR Business Partner team, providing hands-on daily support and contributing to ongoing HR activities and incoming requests
* Prepare and manage HR reports as part of key HR cycles, including survey analysis and support in action planning
* Evaluate and continuously improve the internship program through surveys, data analysis, and insights to enhance the experience of participants
* Support HR communication addressed to the business
* Participate in ad hoc HR projects, including global HR initiatives, trainings, and workshops
* Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of HR information systems

Requirements:
* First experience in HR department, preferably internship in generalist HR team
* Full-time availability, working in a hybrid model (2 days from the office, 3 days remote)
* University degree
* Fluency in English and Polish
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build relationships and handle sensitive employee matters with empathy and professionalism
