IP Network Integration Engineer Trainee

Job Description:

Are you passionate about solving problems and connecting people?
As part of our team, you will:

* Learn about IP/MPLS protocols and network architecture.
* Preparing configuration designs and scripts based on the official documentation and standards.
* Building work packs (instructions and implementation plans) for the field engineers for on-site activities.
* Troubleshooting and solving network issues.
* Creating site survey forms for the field engineers and validating the results of the site survey based on the agreed standards.
* Maintaining a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with customers, service organization and internal teams.
* Monitor and maintain operational health of Cloud infrastructure and DCF deployments, ensuring performance, reliability, and SLA compliance.

* Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies.

* Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.

* Supports transfer of concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.

* Provides informal guidance and support to new team members with regard to the procedures to follow and the specific tasks required to perform the job effectively

Candidate Requirements:

You have:
* Bachelor or master's degree in Electrical Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
* Fluent English both oral and written (mandatory).
* Strong Knowledge of OSI / TCP IP Model and Linux OS
* Good communication skills, proactive, dynamic, flexibility, versatility.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
It would be nice if you also had:
* Spanish language both oral and written.
* Knowledge in IP/MPLS Networks.
* Understanding on protocols like IP, TCP, OSPF, IS-IS and BGP.
* Knowledge of programming languages like VB Script, PHP, Bash Script.
* Familiarity with automation frameworks and protocols: YANG, REST, gNMI, Ansible, Python, YAML.
* Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
