Oliver Wyman is now looking to hire a Human Capital Operations Intern (6 months Fixed Term Contract) based in our Riyadh office!

Job Overview/ Scope:

As a Human Capital Operations Intern, you will provide essential administrative support to the Saudi Arabia Human Capital (HC) Operations team across various functional areas. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and knowledge in Human Capital operations.

Experience: This is an entry-level position intended for candidates eager to learn about Human Capital functions and operations.

Duration & Hours:
* Duration: 6 months
* Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, invoice processing, and related HC operations.
* Maintain and update internal trackers, employee files, and records accurately. Human Capital Operations Intern
* Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries, contributing to issue resolution.
* Support ad-hoc Human Capital related tasks as needed.

Technical Skills:
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

* Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
* Quick learner who responds constructively to feedback.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
