A Day in the Life

Join our Tender Team and gain hands-on experience supporting tender and contract administration processes in a dynamic, international environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while developing valuable skills in commercial operations within the medical device industry.

Details:
* Start date: June/July 2026
* Location: Belgrade
* Duration: 12 months
* Working hours: 40h/week
* Working model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Assisting in tender and commercial contract administration processes
* Supporting the preparation and collection of required documentation and statements for tenders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Sales) to ensure smooth tender execution
* Contributing to tender processes within the medical device industry
* Supporting tender team with price upload into Vendavo pricing tool
* Supporting data management in Salesforce (SFDC), including tender pipeline and contract repository

Required knowledge and skills:
* Recently graduated or in the final year of studies preferably in Legal or Paralegal, Economy, Business, Management, Administrative Management or related fields
* Fluency in Serbian
* Good command of English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail with a results- and quality-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Team-oriented
