► Support in all activities related to recruitment and selection
► Manage the selection process for internship positions and provide administrative support
► Assist in the creation of compelling job advertisements
► Collaborate closely with the HRS recruitment team on various tasks
► Support the team by reviewing candidate resumes and applications
► Schedule interviews and book meeting rooms
► Assist in the preparation and execution of the onboarding process for new hires
► Provide support for other HR department needs, including employee engagement activities and company events
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
► Final-year student or recent graduate in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
► Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
► Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
► Business proficiency in the English language
► Strong interpersonal and communication skills
► A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
