► Managing and following up on cases for various factories/divisions (GBs) and countries within the EMEA region
► Communicating with factories/divisions (GBs) and Sales departments to ensure the execution of lawful foreign trade (FT) export operations
► Preparing files and monitoring automated tasks for the follow-up service
► Organizing the group mailbox and managing ESM (Enterprise Service Management) tickets
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
► Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field
► Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability
► Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics
► Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience
► Ability to work effectively in a team environment
► Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
► Good command of English
