About the Role
Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
✅ Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
✅ Draft and post job advertisements
✅ Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities
✅ Provide administrative support for onboarding processes
✅ Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Requirements
🎓 Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related field
💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
📋 Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office
🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team
