Job Description
As part of the Early Careers team, you will support the recruitment process for interns and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment of interns
* Work closely with schools and businesses on internship matters
* Be the HR point-of-contact for interns, and assist with queries and internship administration matters
* Work closely with HR Shared Services to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes
* Assist in special projects when required, such as process improvement initiatives and coordination of business continuity plans
* Assist in HR data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation decks
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any other related disciplines
* Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
* Detail-oriented and meticulous
