HR Intern (June 2026 intake; 6 months)

Job Description:

How You'll Make an Impact
* Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
* Handle HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc
* Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region to achieve standardisation
* Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention
* Collaborate and engage with diverse collaborators on various HR initiatives
* Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.

What You Bring
* Undergraduate or equivalent experience in HR, Communication, Business or related field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
* Has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
* Passionate about working on regional HR initiatives and topics
* Eager to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
* You are flexible and committed, as you will be working in a global and regional working environment
