We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation; - Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates; - Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives; - Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance; - Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records; - Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in a related discipline; - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Good communication skills, both written and verbal; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); - Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges; - Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally. Preferred Qualification - Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
