Human Resources Engagement Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

Job Description:

[What the role is]The trainee will be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement events, including administratively and logistically. Trainee will also support in employer brand communication, developing electronic direct mailer (eDM). Trainee will gain competencies in employee engagement, events management and people relation.

[What you will be working on]
* Employee Engagement & Staff Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement events including Family Day, Dinner & Dance, wellness programme, award ceremony, etc.
* Administrative Support and Logistical Arrangement: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Support in the creation of events collaterals and feedback form. Handle procurement matters and ensuring compliance with company procurement policy.
* Content Creation: Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including print collaterals, articles, videos, and/or infographics.
* Employer Brand Communication: Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies to promote our employer brand. Contribute to the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other initiatives aimed at building relationships with prospective candidates, universities, and professional organisations.
