Data & Insights Intern - President's Office (Summer 2026)

Job Description:

As an R&D Data & Insights Intern, you will work on data, reporting, and applied AI initiatives that support leadership decision-making and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
* Support the migration of management reports into an enterprise platform, helping to shape how data is used across teams
* Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating key metrics and proactively identifying data issues
* Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and translating data into actionable insights for leadership
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and automate manual workflows
* Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) for LLM-powered tools or agents to support workflow efficiency, such as report generation, data interpretation, or process automation
* Experiment with prompt design, tool integration, and basic agent workflows to enhance productivity use cases
* Contribute to data and AI-related projects and explore opportunities to enhance analytics and reporting tools
* Provide support on any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights that inform business decisions
* Interest in applied AI, LLMs, or automation; prior exposure to LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows is a plus but not required
* Ability to pay attention to detail, manage tasks effectively, and work independently
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)

The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact
