Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Service Desk Intern to join our growing Technology department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, process improvement, etc. The intern will work closely with experienced team members in supporting the setup of the new Regional IT service desk serving all APAC markets.
Qualifications: Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
