Job Description

Our Quality & Risk Management Department disseminates timely and relevant information on developments in legislation and regulations, executes initiatives to manage our risk in a challenging environment. The Internship position involves operating as part of a risk management and compliance team.

The Projects & Operations is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our team.

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to: 
* Participates in various process improvement and automation projects
* Liaise with working groups within the department and cross function
* Support in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system set up/enhancement and ensure high level of UAT accuracy
* Assist to liaise with multiple stakeholders/developer to monitor, track and fix UAT issues
* Maintain proper documentation of test results and sign-offs
* Support in updating and ensuring accuracy of information in templates and guidance documents maintained on intranet
* Assist in formatting documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and other presentation documents
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong interpersonal and team working skills
* Patience with an eye for detail
* Ability to multi-task and time management skill
* Initiative to report on work progress
* Technical proficiency in MS word, MS excel, MS powerpoint
* Basic programming knowledge in VBA will be an advantage
