Operations Intern

Workload: Both part-time and full-time roles available

During school semester: Part-time, 16 hours per week (Onsite)
During school holidays: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Onsite)

Commitment: Minimum of 5 months (April/May to late August)

About Us: Join our dynamic team at EF, where we focus on delivering exceptional educational experiences for international students. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable group programs that enhance our students' cultural and educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program Design & Planning: Assist in designing and planning engaging group programs that align with our educational goals.
* Research: Conduct thorough research on potential programs, activities, and attractions that cater to our diverse student base.
* Bookings: Handle the booking of attractions, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
* Liaison: Work closely with local leaders, tour guides, and vendors to coordinate and execute program logistics.
* Production Oversight: Oversee the production and execution of group programs, ensuring that all details are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
* Passion for educational experiences and cultural exchange.
* Strong organizational and research skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in event planning or program coordination is a plus.
* Fluent in English, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
*Onsite Requirement: This is an onsite position that requires the candidate to be present in the office during school hours. The job cannot be performed remotely.
