E commerce Intern (6 months)

Job Description:

E-Commerce Intern (Jan or Feb Intake) - 6 Months

MISSION 1: SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA - WEBSITE, EDM AND CREATIVES SUPPORT
* Assist in executing e-communications operations, including weekly EDM preparation and deployment.
* Support end-to-end localization of all website content, ensuring accuracy, and brand consistency.
* Assist in creating weekly E-Commerce EDM content using tools such as Badsender.
* Assist in tracking weekly sales and EDM performance using provided analytics tools.
* Perform daily hygiene checks on website settings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Verify promotion settings on websites daily and prior to campaign launches to ensure all promotions function correctly.
* Conduct regular competitor reporting by compiling weekly screenshots and insights from brand and competitor sites.

MISSION 2: AGENTS - CATALOGUE & CONTENT SUPPORT
* Support content and catalogue clean-up for non-transactional website and assist in conducting site content audits, particularly across marketplaces.
* Ensure consistent SIS setup across platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
* Assist in timely updates for local product launches, ensuring expired visuals or outdated content are removed promptly.

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title E-Commerce South East Asia And Agents Asia Pacific

YOU HAVE:
* Able to commit to full-time internship for a duration of 6 months (from Jan/ June)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, eDM tools, and digital asset workflows.
* Previous experience in working with an ecommerce platform (SFCC a plus) and email marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign a plus)
* Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent coordination, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Collaborative as a team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
