The Corporate Strategy team assists the CEO with developing our long-term goals and setting its course. By assessing a broad range of trends and issues that span across markets, customer, competitor, regulatory and technology insights, the team develops strategies to have a significant impact on our growth.
Get to Know the Role
You will be at the heart of the initiation and execution of strategic projects to drive effective and seamless post-merger integrations at Grab. You will be a vital bridge across teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. You will have a unique front-row seat to large-scale business integrations, requiring sharp organizational skills, an agile, problem-solving mindset in a fast paced environment.
This role is fully on-site for 6 months, full-time.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will support the planning and coordination of post-merger integrations from conception through completion
* You will gather and analyse data and insights to inform strategic decision-making for key integration decisions
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage daily integration needs
* You will monitor integration timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks to ensure successful completion
* You will coordinate integration operations with multiple stakeholders, including meeting agendas, data governance and on-ground activities

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* You are pursuing an MBA or undergraduate majoring in Business / Economics / Management / Finance
* Proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
