[What the role is]Intern, Valuation

[What you will be working on]
* Assist valuers with valuation assignments including information collection, in-depth rental / TOL analysis, valuation methodology proposals, and rental/fire replacement cost assessments
* Conduct site inspections of properties requiring valuation assessment
* Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency

[What we are looking for]
* Students with background in Real Estate or similar areas preferred.
* Meticulous
* Has great attention to details and can multi-task.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
