Fashion Design Intern

As a Fashion Design Intern, you will support the design team throughout the full creative and development process, gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in the creation of moodboards and seasonal concepts to support collection development
* Supporting the design and development of collections, from initial ideas to final proposals
* Researching trends, fabrics, and materials, and assisting in the selection of textiles and trims
* Preparing and updating technical sheets (tech packs) with accurate design specifications
* Conducting market research and shopping analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
* Supporting in the preparation of presentations and client meetings
* Assisting in client visits and providing day-to-day support in client interactions
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to the fashion design process, combining creative work with exposure to product development and client-facing activities.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key requirements:

* Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Knowledge of AI tools applied to design is a strong plus
* Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working on technical sheets
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with peers or clients
* Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is essential
* Valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is mandatory
* Availability to work from our Barcelona studio
* Familiarity with tech pack creation and garment construction
* Interest in the commercial side of fashion and product development
