Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Food & Beverage team as interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality operations while developing professional and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
Interns will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, breakfast service, events, and guest experience areas, working alongside experienced hospitality professionals.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operation of restaurants and bars
* Provide excellent customer service following luxury hospitality standards
* Support food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
* Prepare and organize service stations and mise en place
* Learn and apply Fairmont service standards and procedures
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Collaborate with different departments to guarantee guest satisfaction
* Support banquet and special event operations when required
* Handle guest requests professionally and efficientlyRequirements
* Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Intermediate level of English (additional languages are a plus)
* Availability for internship placement according to school agreementWhat We Offer
