How you'll make an impact
* Analyse and document new logistic processes for customer support team
* Define Field technicians tooling management system and deploy it in the field
* Support the implementation of 5S organization in the warranty workshop
* Identify Carnet ATA system requirements and propose an efficient solution for the activity
* Establish lesson learnt and deploy for similar activities (e.g. tools submitted to calibration)
* Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Activity Based Risk Analysis (ABRAs)
* Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
* Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results

Your background
* Enrolled in Master or Bachelor (advanced technician) in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering
* Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA) is a plus
* Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, proactive and autonomy
* Effective team communicator who shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
