Internship - CS HMI MBI team - Hsinchu

Job Description:

1. Assist Material handler: Collaborate with the Material Handler to ensure smooth material logistics, including inventory management and distribution.

2. Supporting CS daily operation for local leader assignment: Provide support for daily Customer Service operations, assisting with local leader assignments and ensuring efficient communication channels.

3. Weekly meeting hosting & assist: Host and assist in weekly meetings, ensuring logistical arrangements and coordination are seamless.

4. Weekly report support and raw data material preparation: Support weekly reporting activities by preparing raw data materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5.
Assist in maintaining Power BI data updates and report maintenance to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Additional Information:
1. Bachelor or Master student. (需有在學身分)
2. English communication skill
3. Capable of creating automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel VBA, etc.)
4. Proficient in relevant software tools for data preparation and reporting
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
