Job Description

What You'll Do
* Support day-to-day HR Operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment and certificate letters.
* Maintain and manage HR documentation - including document preparation, collection, scanning, filling and retrieval.
* Work with HR systems to help keep employee records accurate and up to date.
* Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks as needed.
* Contribute to HR projects and employee engagement events, bringing energy and a collaborative mindset.
* Take on ad hoc tasks that support the broader HR team as priorities arise

Required
* Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine, process-driven work
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week for the full 6 month duration.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred
* Prior exposure to HR, administration, or office support (through coursework, volunteering, or previous work experience)
* Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR function
