Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) is on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and driven intern to join our Digital Distribution team for an unforgettable 12-month paid placement. Based in our vibrant Chiswick office, this is your chance to dive into the world of film and TV, starting early to mid August 2026.
This internship sits within our International Digital Distribution team who manage transactional (EST and VOD) rights for the studio across all countries outside of the US. Working with over 100 customers across 130 territories, the team is responsible for monetising the entire Paramount catalogue from classic movies, TV shows and brand-new films once they finish their theatrical run at the cinema.
The placement pays the London Living Wage of £96.95 per day, paid monthly - equivalent to £25,207 per year.
What will you be doing?

* Support the creation and ingestion of TV and film bundle avails for customers (licences to sell content and communicate pricing and product details).
* Create and maintain various internal and external Airtable portals.
* Ensure content goes live on required platforms at the right time/price.
* Monitor title availability across customers/territories to ensure licensed product is on-store as per licences issued.
* Conduct store checks on new release titles to verify merchandising.
* Set up revenue-driving opportunities, including bundles.
* Communicate new release and catalogue initiatives to clients across selected EMEA markets.
* Support the administration and implementation of CVM (pricing/avails system).
* Support teams and regions on price promotions (TPRs), including inputting pricing information into client platforms and pitch documents across multiple regions.
* Perform post-campaign data analysis, including sales reporting and other business KPIs, in Tableau.
* Support the Sales team on customer territory expansion.
* Optimise existing workflows and processes with new tooling, including LLMs (AI).
* Liaise with internal cross-functional teams in other countries.
* Handle ad-hoc projects and provide team support upon request.
What are we looking for?

* Bachelor's degree, postgraduate, or equivalent work experience.
* PC literate, with good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills; experience with Tableau and Airtable a plus.
* Comfortable using Claude/Copilot to assist with data analysis and workflows.
* Organised, with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Consistently meets deadlines.
* High levels of integrity and honesty.
* Builds effective relationships across teams.
* Passion for film, with good product knowledge.
* Genuine curiosity about the industry and enthusiasm for the role.
All interns must be:

* Over 18 years of age and a recent school leaver or graduate
* Eligible to work in the UK full-time for the full duration - indefinitely or with a valid visa. Proof of eligibility will be requested later in the process.
