The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our talent acquisition team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. - Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process. - Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases. - Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. - Support new project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Recruitment or HR related internship experience is preferred; - Language skills are required (German and French) in order to communicate with our German & French stakeholders across these markets; - Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people; - A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action; - Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player. Preferred Qualifications: - Majoring in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields; - Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
