Job Description:

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You'll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Corporate Growth Reference Advisors - Americas iXp Intern

Location: United States (Remote)

Expected start date to end date: ASAP 6-12 months

As part of SAP's Customer Success & Advocacy organization in the Americas, you will help scale how SAP identifies, develops, and amplifies customer success stories - with a specific focus on expanding Spanish-language engagement across North, Central, and South America.

Your work will directly support sales teams, partners, and executive stakeholders by transforming customer conversations into high-impact, design-forward storytelling assets.

In this role, you will:

* Conduct and support Spanish-language customer discovery calls to identify potential reference candidates

* Help expand SAP's storytelling footprint across Spanish-speaking markets

* Use Microsoft Copilot to draft and refine customer success narratives

* Design social graphics, internal assets, and customer story materials using Canva and/or Photoshop

* Repackage long-form success stories into short-form internal amplification assets

* Maintain and update assets within SAP Digital Library and internal systems

* Track engagement and usage through reporting tools and dashboards

* Contribute to scalable AI-assisted workflows that improve storytelling efficiency

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field

* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

* Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools in structured workflows

* Strong graphic design capability using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop

* Comfort working with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel)

* Strong written communication skills with attention to narrative clarity

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

* Experience editing short-form video content (Premiere Pro, Rush, or similar)

* Exposure to AI video tools such as Synthesia

* Experience supporting marketing, sales enablement, or storytelling initiatives

* Interest in customer advocacy, partner marketing, or enterprise communications

Where You Belong

Be part of SAP Next Gen, a global community for students, universities, schools and educational partners, who are passionate about innovation and technology.

* Culture of Collaboration: Partner with experienced SAP colleagues and expert mentors who will support your growth. Grow professionally through personalized mentoring, coaching, and career development support.

* Project-driven Experience: Kickstart your career with hands-on learning experience, making an impact from day one by contributing to meaningful projects that help the world run better. You'll have endless learning resources at your fingertips and gain future-ready skills from a variety of virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions, cultivated just for you, and aligned with our learning approach.

* Gain Visibility: Build relationships with leaders and peers across teams and functions. Showcase your ideas, skills, and creativity in a global, fast-paced environment. Open doors for future career opportunities within SAP and beyond.

Meet Your Team

The Americas Corporate Growth Reference Advisors team operates at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer strategy. Our mission is simple: identify companies achieving meaningful business outcomes with SAP and help tell those stories in ways that accelerate growth.

We work directly with customers, partners, and internal leaders across North, Central, and South America. This is a high-trust, high-ownership environment where ideas move quickly and execution matters.

Team Culture

We value clarity over noise, initiative over instruction, and quality over volume. You'll be encouraged to think critically, challenge assumptions, and experiment with AI-driven approaches to storytelling. We operate remotely but collaborate closely across time zones using structured workflows and clear communication.

Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for someone who:

* Is bilingual and culturally fluent across the Americas

* Is energized by building, not just assisting

* Can move between creative design and structured thinking

* Is comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday work

* Wants real ownership and visibility inside a global organization

If you're looking for a passive internship, this isn't it. If you want to build things that scale and see your work used by enterprise sales teams, you'll thrive.

How We Collaborate

You'll work directly with senior team members while collaborating across sales, partner marketing, and executive stakeholders. Projects are real, visible, and tied to measurable business impact - not simulated exercises.

Growth Opportunities

This role provides hands-on exposure to:

* Enterprise storytelling and customer advocacy strategy

* AI-enabled content workflows

* Cross-regional collaboration across the Americas

* Sales enablement and partner marketing environments

Successful interns may have the opportunity to pursue future roles within Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, AI-Driven Content Strategy, or Sales Enablement at SAP.

What Makes This Workplace Special

You won't just observe how a global enterprise operates - you'll contribute to shaping how it tells its story across languages and markets. Your work will be visible, reusable, and impactful beyond a single campaign or semester.
