TX-72 Accounting Intern (Fall 2026)

Description:

* Assist with general accounting and data analysis tasks.

* Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports.

* Support Accounts Payable activities and monitor related processes.

* Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Complete Fixed Asset capitalization activities and prepare audit materials.

* Perform account reconciliations as assigned.

* Participate in process-improvement and digitalization projects. Measuring and reporting efficiencies from continuous-improvement initiatives.

* Evaluating current digital workflows and developing recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate business-related degree.

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

* Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).

* Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

* Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.

* Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).

* Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.

* MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

* THE WORK TERM DATES ARE Aug 10th - Dec 18th, 2026.
