Buyer Intern (Year Round)

Job Description:

What are your contributions to the team?

* Adhere to General Work Requirements
* Analyze and compile data
* Update and maintain databases
* Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
* Assist the Team with business analysis
* Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
* Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions

How to thrive in this role?

* You are currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, Marketing or Supply Management degree, or a closely-related field.
* You must be available to work 20-30 hours/week (Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm)
* You have good interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and governmental agencies.
* You have good oral and written communication skills.
* You have good planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
* You have an ability to manage stress and work under tight deadlines.
* You have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and internet-based applications and accounting systems.
