Internship Opportunity: Human Relations Department

Seeking Proactive Students for HR Internship
Are you an enthusiastic student pursuing a degree in English, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field? Are you ready to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? Do you aspire to challenge your abilities on diverse projects within the Human Resources Department? If your answer is yes, we invite you to join our team as an HR Intern in Recruitment and Compliance.
What will you do?
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to Recruitment and Compliance, such as:
· Conducting the full recruitment process for Intern positions and assisting with the hiring of staff positions.
· Serving as the first point of contact for interns/employees regarding HR-related services.
· Assisting with the administration of meetings involving the verification team, local authorities, and employees.
· Supporting ongoing HR topics and MBV events (Health Insurance, Family Day, Star Service Award, etc.)
· Working closely with the entire HR team, the Head of HR, and the Global HR team on HR projects.
· Performing other tasks as assigned.

· Available for a 6-month full time internship.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
· Excellent at analytical thinking, with strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
· Capable of working independently.
· A person with a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
· Creative and good at problem-solving.
· Interested in HR Management System
